For those who want free ideas, here another.
Make a plug outlet that will control current flow, so one could dim all their lamps but adjusting the current flow. It could be remote controlled via a remote or like those clapper lights of the past, clapping could control certain levels of dim.

Africa resource boom
The title says it all.
If the world leaders would actually develop Africa into a modern civilization and not just some wildlife refuge and genocide theme park - there would be another resource boom.
that is all.

The Automated Toilet paper dispenser
I don't know what you can do with this idea. I actually made it for a science project when I was in high school. I got a A- for my efforts, but to be honest I should have gotten a D for effort since I put it together in a few hours the night before it was due.
I just made a basic box and hooked up an motor from a cheap remote control car. It was the cheap kind of remote controls cars; where the remote is wired to the car. So all i did was house the remote board and buttons in the box too. I took the metal piece of a aluminum foil box and used it on the dispenser to have it easily rip the paper. One button made it roll out the other roll back.
This was 1996 my senior year before those automated hand paper dispensers; which are now motion activated.
Anyway, the trick is to get the toilet roll and motor synced together. To think about it i used erasers and tooth picks - haha. i got it to work though. and the roll sat on a screw at the other end so it could flow freely. I would do it different now if i were to make one. you could actually sell a modified roll thats made specifically for them. Like i said though i don't know what you could do with this idea. Possibly add a quarter slot and stick it in airport bathrooms huh. Unless the market wants motorized dispensers in their bathrooms. ones that can program x amount of paper to come out etc.
I'd draw you some plans but Im not in the mood. Im still stressed out about the impending birth in two days time. My version ran on double AA's and was portable. Plus my box was cardboard. Owell it helped my graduate. Its one of the few inventions I've actually made. I tried to make a part of a magnetic turbine but in the end i needed manufactured magnets in specific shapes and sizes that i could not afford.
So i never went back and tried to make the machine. i did muster to get a revolution out of it - one 360 turn. But like I said i didnt have the professional parts. I used bs toy magnets, part of an old table top fan, tape and a number 2 pencil.
I have a children's toy turbine design as well - made from a child's toy. One day when i have time. The idea sounds good in theory.
I just hope everything goes well with the birth and we can live the life we dream. on a farm one day. i want to get into aquaponics. to grow fish and veggies in one system. if we ever get there I'll blog about that. i may make some videos as well. that dreams a few years off. but considering the cost of land here..... shhhhhit.

The remote control cat toy
Imagine having an infomercial targeted at all the cat owners of the world, with cute little kittens attacking and playing with a toy their owner is controlling. Exactly, they'll want it even if it's a gimmick.
So let me give you another one of my ideas.
OH BTW between Europe and Australia they have 50 million owned cats. AND the big one folks; 86 million owned cats are in the USA - you're welcome - cha ching cha ching
First off, for the infomercial you will need active cats that will chase anything that moves - it's uber important. OH and grandma's and pa's playing with their grand children too
What you do is design mini animals that the owners of cats will think is cute when their little pussy attacks it. mice, birds, dogs etc. and add those bodies to micro rc racers or design aremote from the ground up.
What you can do is this, look up micro rc racers
for example here (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Coke-Can-Mini-Speed-RC-Radio-Remote-Control-Micro-Racing-Car-Toy-Gifts-1-/280840784679) on ebay (um "here is actually a hyper link but this blogger has issues with colors at times - most times)
They are roughly $6.00-7.00 dollars australian each "RETAIL" - For sale @ 19.95 each on your informecials???
What you want to do is replace the car bodies with animal bodies that have this OTHER great idea that will appeal to cat owners - add a spot you can add CATNIP in - kind of like those yellow balls you put catnip in for cats to play with if you need a reference.
you need to have your design checked to make sure parts wont break off and cats wont choke to death or u may have a lawsuit - thats your job. im not designing everything for you too, or i'd just do it myself.
This million dollar gimmick is brought to you by S.M.C - are you wealthy yet?? Dont forget to hook me up - it's not required. However, karma is good.
I gotz ideas and ideaz. BUT What I'd like to do is be the lead designer of a video game company with full creative control. not a programmer - designer. that would be nice - 30 years exp playing games and some testing exp for EA. Something i'd have passion for. owell
Anyway, another day. My Woman is still in the hospital in pain on bed rest. its a high risk pregnancy with a higher risk c-section coming up on wednesday. So much stress, it feels my heart is going to explode. I just hope for the best - I feel completely overwhelmed. Talk about having a poker face when im around her and the hospital staff; but my insides friends... my insides.

The Dead to the World Sleeper's Alarm Clock.
Want to get into the design, manufacturing and sale of alarm clocks - I don't. However, I have a design for anyone who wants one. It's for the heavy sleeper and for the people who become immune to the alarm sound of their current clock. Generally night stand clocks have 1-2 sounds built in. So instead of going with the norm; Build a clock with 1000's of sounds and for goodness sakes - loud speakers.
If you want to go all high tech, put a screen on the front that can play a video format. Add a usb port so you can hook it up to your pc to add sounds, music, videos, voice recordings.
It would be nice to have a clock with the alarm sounds set to random sounds (a certain one can be picked too), that with cycle through sounds from a car honking, to a person yelling, to a rooster (roostering??) to a dog barking, to a fire alarm etc to my recorded voice telling me to wake up until I turn it off.
Its strange how some of the heaviest sleepers in the world will wake to a whisper of their name.
Also, dont forget to add the multiple alarms that can be programmed. Some people need 10 alarms before they wake up.
Its Time to innovate the Alarm clock
This free design was also brought to you by S.M.C aka A. Prince aka Hobofett aka ________

Selling sustainable shoes and Kimchi sprouts
People will pay you to depose of their used car tires. Nice huh. But what to do with the tires?
Make shoe soles and shoes. The entire shoe can be made of tires or you can just make the sole with tires and the rest with other materials. So not only will you get paid to take the tires, you will get paid to sell them after they have been transformed.
There a plenty of designs floating around the internet of tire sandals and the such.
On another note.
I've been craving kimchi a lot lately. I tried buying some here in Australia at an asian market. However, they only carried one brand and it wasn't that good; I haven't been back to buy more. I love Kimchi... This love affair started when I was 4-5 and my mom's korean friend brought over some homemade kimchi - Ive loved it ever since. When we moved to S Korea during the 88 olympics (My dad was military) I got to experience a full range of S. Korean food - good stuff. Plus my "1st" step mom was korean; So mo korean food. Anyway.
I've always wished someone would make and sell kimchi brussel sprouts. Not cut up brussel sprouts but whole sprouts. For some reason that visual reminds me of a fish ball rolling around in broth. But, rather than a fish ball; a floating whole kimchi sprout or 5 on my plate.
Anywho.
