Selling sustainable shoes and Kimchi sprouts

People will pay you to depose of their used car tires. Nice huh. But what to do with the tires?

Make shoe soles and shoes. The entire shoe can be made of tires or you can just make the sole with tires and the rest with other materials. So not only will you get paid to take the tires, you will get paid to sell them after they have been transformed.

There a plenty of designs floating around the internet of tire sandals and the such.

On another note.

I've been craving kimchi a lot lately. I tried buying some here in Australia at an asian market. However, they only carried one brand and it wasn't that good; I haven't been back to buy more. I love Kimchi... This love affair started when I was 4-5 and my mom's korean friend brought over some homemade kimchi - Ive loved it ever since. When we moved to S Korea during the 88 olympics (My dad was military) I got to experience a full range of S. Korean food - good stuff. Plus my "1st" step mom was korean; So mo korean food. Anyway.

I've always wished someone would make and sell kimchi brussel sprouts. Not cut up brussel sprouts but whole sprouts. For some reason that visual reminds me of a fish ball rolling around in broth. But, rather than a fish ball; a floating whole kimchi sprout or 5 on my plate.

Anywho.
